The Program Manager of the W Venture Growth Program is a full-time role (4 days a week) that serves as the organizational linchpin, handling the administrative and operational aspects to ensure the smooth execution of the program while also supporting its marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and communications among participants, Managing Partners, CEO-coaches, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all program elements align with timelines and quality standards.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities and assisting in the development of marketing materials.
- Oversee the logistical framework that supports the program, including Growth Pods, 1-on-1 meetings, and networking events.
- Ensure timely and efficient collection of surveys and feedback from participants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries, providing support and guidance to participants.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in program administration and operations (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.
